Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche Traleg Rinpoche is the director of Kagyu E-Vam Buddhist Institute, which he established in 1982 in Melbourne, Australia, and in 2000 after Teaching extensivly in the U.S. particularlly in the New York area for over 20 years Rinpoche opened the E-Vam Buddhist Institute in Chatham, New York as well as formalizing his New York City Practice Group.
