FutureofWorking.com | Career Advice for the Future When giving a speech or presentation, how you start can make or break you. You want the beginning to be strong and instantly pull your audience in so that you have their full attention from the get-go. Here are 25 effective ways to start a speech or presentation. 1. The Common Ground Open Opening with a real life experience, goal or interest is a great way to grab the attention of the audience to show them that they can gain something by listening to you. By establishing common ground with the audience, especially if it is done with humility and grace, you put yourself on the same level as your audience. If you are an elderly CEO of a company and you discuss finances with a group of younger entry-level employees, you have to share your own business experiences when you were younger so that the audience will better understand your message. 2. Ask a Question If you want to make your audience think right away, ask them a question to start your speech. Ask either a rhetorical or literal question. Whether or not an answer to that question is called for, when people are posed with a question that matters to them, they will intuitively answer. When you ask a question, raise your hand to indicate what you want the audience to do. After asking a question like "How many people here are self-employed?", see if any audience members raise their hands. Take advantage of this engagement by getting into the heart of your speech. 3. Quote Sometimes it is as easy as opening with a relevant quote. You can set the tone for the rest of your speech if you have a quote that is memorable. You should keep in mind that whoever you quote has to be well known by the audience because if it is someone like your next-door neighbor, the quote will fall flat with everyone. If you are discussing topics related to politics, for example, it is wise to quote a former United States President. "If there is anything that a man can do well, I say let him do it. Give him a chance." -Abraham Lincoln 4. The Contrast Open If speeches feel like boxing matches to you, this type of opening would often be used. Showcase the difference between diametrically opposed concepts, positions, ideas or words, and the end result will be that some audience members will feel persuaded to change their perspective or embrace something new. There are always two sides to every story, and both sides have to be equally presented. What are the differences between a need and a want? Obstacles and opportunities? Problems and solutions? Highlighting the differences will get audiences to understand the points you are trying to make. 5. Tell a Story Before making the key points of your speech, telling a story to start can draw your audience in. Some of the most powerful words that can immediately grab the attention of the audience would be "Once upon a time" because regardless of age people will love stories of any kind. When you start your speech with a line like "Once upon a time", the audience will know that a story is coming. People will immediately calm down, become quiet, and listen to what you have to say. Whether it is fiction or non-fiction, telling a story will resonate with audience members. 6. Imagining Something If you want people to go on a unique journey with you, encourage them to imagine certain scenarios. For example, if you are working for a non-profit organization that brings water to people who lack the resources to get water, a good opener would be something like "Imagine being thirsty all the time, but never having anything to drink." By having them imagine scenarios like that, you make the audience a part of your presentation. They can actively empathize and engage with the content of your speech because they actually put themselves into that setting. 7. Humor Though this should never be forced onto the audience, when properly implemented you will put a lot of smiles on the faces of those you speak to. Being funny during a speech can be very difficult, but it is a way to give yourself relief as a public speaker. Telling jokes in your opening is a sign to the audience that you don't take yourself too seriously, and that they can relate to you in some way. One witty opener would be "If you can hear me, please start clapping as to confuse those that cannot make out what I am saying." 8. "This Day In History" Open One main reason why audiences gather to listen to speeches is that they can learn something. If you start your speech with a historical fact, the audience will immediately pay attention. For example, if the day of your speech falls on March 5, you would open your speech with "On this day, March 5, 1963: the Hula Hoop, a hip-swiveling toy that became a huge fad across America when it was first marketed by Wham-O in 1958, is patented by the company's co-founder, Arthur "Spud" Melin. An estimated 25 million Hula Hoops were sold in its first four months of production alone." 9. Thank the Organizers and Audience If you want to stick to the basics of public speaking, simply mention the people who made it possible for you to have a presentation. Thanking the event organizers and the audience compliments them, makes them feel proud and happy about your presence, and strongly connects you to the audience. Refer to the person who introduced you to one or more of the senior people in the organization in the audience, and compliment that person as a showing of respect. Be humble and genuine in your positive comments toward the organization. 10. Positive Statement Staying positive throughout a speech can be challenging, but it will become easier if you start your speech with a positive statement. You can begin by telling the audience how much they will like and appreciate what you have to say. For example, you could say something like "You're really going to enjoy the time we spend together today. I'm going to share with you some of the most thought-provoking ideas my company has ever made." The upbeat tone of this opening is enough to make the audience invested in whatever follows. 11. The Skeptical Audience Open A doubting audience is a difficult audience to handle. From the start, they may not trust your ideas or they could be against what you are proposing. Whether they were disappointed in the past or if they are simply stuck in their ways, they will put up a brick wall in front of you. The more hostile the crowd, the faster you must address the gap. Blending your goals and the needs of the audience requires a careful combination of anticipating the major objections, avoiding defensiveness, acknowledging the obvious truths early, and understanding the divided loyalties between the intractable, the undecided, and the supportive. Identify which of those must hear your message and adjust accordingly. 12. The Puzzle Open Brain teasers and mind puzzles tend to capture the attention of audiences that like to be given mental exercises. As the audience tries to figure out what it will take to solve them, they become highly engaged with the practice. Capitalize on this behavior by proposing a riddle, asking a puzzling question that you promise to reveal in the end, and suggesting that the audience complete a mathematical equation and promising to give the answer context as you go along during the speech. Alternatively, reveal one puzzle piece after another throughout the course of your speech to help your audience find the right solution. 13. Refer to Current Events Bringing documentation of something that is currently relevant to the public will help you to illustrate your point the way you want to. Use a current event story that is on the front page of your local newspaper to transition into your subject, and hold it up as you refer to it in your introduction. This serves as a visual image to the audience that they will keep in their minds as they see you hold up this documentation. When they hear you recite or read a key point of the news story, they will carefully pay attention to you. 14. Refer to a Recent Conversation One way to keep the topic you wish to talk about relevant to the audience is to refer to a recent conversation you had with someone attending this public speaking event. Hours or minutes before you get on stage to address the audience, you could be engaging in a thought-provoking conversation with someone in a lobby, and that person might tell you that this is one of the best times to be working in a specific industry. It is likely that many audience members will share the same view as that person, so when you mention this conversation in your introduction they will have something to relate to. 15. The Activity Open An active audience is one that will be more likely to keep listening to you after you finish your introduction. Keeping an audience preoccupied with an activity works well during training sessions and workshops when you are trying to teach a specific skill. Engaging in activity right from the start allows the audience to recognize the benefits of listening to your message. The activity has to be fun but also challenging enough. If they quickly get through it they will spend the rest of the workshop sitting in their chairs doing nothing. 16. The Study Hall Open If you are someone who loves using data-heavy charts and graphs to illustrate your points, you have to be careful about how you present your data to the audience. While they want to be informed, people in the audience also don't want to be bombarded with too much information all at once. Establishing a school setting and distributing paper handouts of data to your audience to begin your session helps them to follow along. Ask them to read the charts and graphs, and following their review you are well on your way to making your key points. 17. The PowerPoint Open When PowerPoint technology is used correctly it is a highly effective tool for the audience. Otherwise, it immediately makes your presentation feel boring. Slides that are overly literal will fall flat, but conceptual and eye-catching images give strength to your words. Pick captivating and intriguing images. If you present a talk on how to make ice cream, you could begin with a slide that shows the finished product of your ice cream brand. Describe the process of making ice cream in your introduction, and as you proceed you show slides in reverse, moving from final product to the very beginning. Along the way, you guide the viewer through each step. 18. The Audio Clip Open Your voice remains front and center for your talk, but additional sounds can bring more clarity to your message. Your words will be given more meaning with the help of a short audio clip as it makes your message more memorable. If you are teaching a music school, you can include two brief audio excerpts, a before and after of student instruction. Though your words do matter, these clips can have a better impact in persuading students to join your school. Audio testimonies, song recordings, oral accounts, and speech snippets all make for good audio clips. 19. Silence A subtle pause of silence, even if it extends to only 10 seconds, gives your audience enough time to sit and quiet down. Most audiences expect a speaker to begin right away. If you want to get the attention of an audience, taking that extra pause will help your cause. People will start wondering why you are being so quiet as they gather around, and when you break your silence and start speaking you can use that pause to illustrate a key point. Sometimes the main challenge in public speaking events is to get the audience into a silent state. 20. The Challenge Open Audiences want to be challenged and motivated to contribute to something they feel passionate about. Open your speech with a challenge if you are looking to increase sales, raising money for a project, asking for volunteers, or wanting legislative change. It isn't just about buying into your message but also taking the actions to manifest it. Start your speech with something like this: "Leaders see possibilities where followers see obstacles. I am here today to call for leaders to encourage those who are unsure about the project to look past the stumbling blocks we face in the development of this local park and consider giving citizens a better environment." 21. Multiple Choice Test Presenting your own multiple-choice test can draw your audience to your topic, and this approach is tailor-made for a talk with multiple perspectives about an issue or different solutions to the same problem. An example of this open would be to say the following: "As a company, we have several routes we can take regarding growth and increased sales. We could a) buy smaller companies to diversify our portfolio of services, b) move resources to focus on only a few, or c) we could opt to franchise. After we evaluate these options together, I will offer the option that I think is the way for us to go." 22. The Mystery Open The odds are likely that your audience loves to solve mysteries. Whether they are read in books or watched on television, mysteries grab the attention of people simply because of the uncertainty that is wrapped around them. When using this open present some clues on stage, regardless of which side of the argument they lean towards. Remind the audience of these clues throughout the speech and encourage them to come up with their own conclusions before revealing how your mystery gets solved. 23. Have Audience Members Talk to Each Other All audiences will be sitting close together in a setting where they will be visible in front of you, so you might as well take advantage of this. Encourage people to talk to others that are sitting next to them, and specifically to let them know what they would like to learn from your speech. Encourage your audience to discuss with each other any particular points. Any commands or show of leadership on your part will easily influence the audience, as long as you do it with confidence. 24. Bring Up Statistics Even if you don't bring any charts or graphs to illustrate your points, simply mentioning important statistics will resonate with the audience to get your message across the right way. Statistics have the potential to trigger the emotional appeal of the audience. One example of presenting statistics in your open would be something like: "In 2019 there were 152,000 homeless people roaming the streets in California. By 2025 that number is expected to nearly double." This kind of open highlights the need to address the problem of homelessness because the statistic is powerful, personalized and surprising. 25. The Unexpected Definition Open Dictionaries are obviously accurate, but there are times when words gain more power when they are redefined. If you are a valedictorian and you want to share how much your fellow students mean to you, the open can go like this: "The dictionary defines classmate as a member of your class, but my definition for you all is much broader than that. We were friends, teammates, and mentors. As worthy opponents, we challenged each other on the field and in the classroom. And, we now can define ourselves as fellow graduates." Conclusion How you start your presentation will depend on what kind of presentation you are giving, and what tone you want to set for your audience. Regardless of which you choose to begin with, incorporating one of these strong tools into your speech ensures that your presentation is a success from the very start.

Rims & Tyres Daily | Your Wheel Expert Hub Every day while shopping for the right wheels for our cars, we are bombarded with confusing jargon and terminology we had no clue about before. Here are two common jargon-heavy conundrums all car owners face. The Alloy v/s Steel Conundrum It's an argument as old as the invention of alloy wheels itself: which is the better wheel overall for a car- alloy, or steel? While there are suppositions for both cases, and passionate advocates for both, the truth is that in this debate there is no straight answer. With time and technological advances, alloy wheels have been proven to be the superior and indeed the only choice in performance-heavy situations: they are standard in most cars now, having the upper hand both in performance and aesthetics. Alloy rims are lighter, faster and better-looking; they can be customised more easily and provide a far better driving experience. Steel wheels are unwieldy, and depressingly heavy; they tend to come only in 16", and very few in 17". They cannot be customized or prettied up in any convenient way, and are quite unappealing to look at to begin with. However, they have two great advantages: they are almost 80% cheaper than alloy wheels, and hence easily replaceable; and their weight can be extremely useful in slippery conditions, such as in winter. So for a car meant only for utilitarian purposes, or for those operating on a budget, steel wheels are the viable choice. The fact that alloy wheels are a bit prone to breaking on violent impacts increases the odds. Balance out your needs and then decide which car wheel to go for, as making the wrong choice can prove costly. The Hub v/s Lug Conundrum This is a pretty confusing idea that never really gets expounded on anywhere. Hub and lug centric wheels refer to the way the wheels fit onto a car. For hub-centric wheels, the central bore of the wheel is designed by the manufacturer in such a way that it lines up perfectly with the axle of the car, thus allowing the wheel to be fitted on according to the appropriate parameters. Each wheel is built to fit a particular make or range of cars. Lug-centric wheels, on the other hand, line up with the lugs rather than the hub. This particular kind of car wheels can be dangerous: they all need "spacers", or plastic or metal rings of different diameters that fit over the hub of the wheel and the axle, thus effectively converting a lug-centric into a hub-centric one. Spacers are crucial for a safe driving experience with lug-centric wheels. And there you have it- two common term-laden car wheel problems explained! We hope this article helped you.

Contrarian Investors' Journal | An insider?s peek into the minds of contrarian investors who strive for atypical excellence… When investors consider precious metals, words like "hedge" and "security" tend to come to mind. This is because precious metals (particularly gold) are known to be calm and steady investment sources when compared to stocks and other investments. Demand for gold especially is universal and constant, and the prices are determined on an international level, all of which means that abrupt changes are uncommon. 2013 was an exception, however, and the biggest one in about three decades. The price of gold fell 28% last year, shaking many investors' faith and turning gold from one of the most reliable and understood sources of investment into a question mark. And sure enough, just to keep up the confusion, gold opened 2014 with a great deal of strength. It quickly regained its bullish ways through February before starting to even out a bit. The price of gold now sits at roughly $1,300/oz, as compared to the $1,200/oz mark it hovered at in late December and early January. So with gold's dramatic leaps seemingly stabilizing to some extent, there are two questions that investors with interest in gold must ask: is the bull market for gold bullion over? Should you risk buying any of the precious metals? Online supplier and reference guide BullionVault has plenty of information on buying gold for those who believe the bull market will continue (or rather, reappear). However, one helpful tip for a careful investment might be to focus currently on physical gold bullion rather than ETFs or gold futures. It's exceedingly unlikely that the price of gold bullion will fall dramatically below current levels, whereas an investment in gold futures is more of a gamble on upcoming trends, and therefore riskier. But before you decide whether or not you are interested in investing (let alone how you're going to do it), we'll turn back to the first question: is the bull market over? The only proper way to address this question would be to look at which factors contributed most significantly to the early 2014 bull market. For the most part, analysts seem to agree on two main factors: underperforming economies in the U.S. and China, and the political conflict between Russia and Ukraine. As mentioned, gold is often thought of as a hedge. When large economies perform poorly, or political conflict or natural disaster threaten world stability, gold prices tend to rise as investors look for a place to put their money that is not subject to changes and devaluation as a result of these issues. So naturally, the factors mentioned can be said to have played significant roles in the early 2014 bull market. The economic prospects in the U.S. and China have since improved at least moderately, which has likely played a role in the gold market weakening somewhat in the past month. However, some are predicting that the enduring issues between Russia and Ukraine could still feed an enduring bull market. International Business Times assesses the situation by stating that the escalating political crisis could "boost the metal's safe-haven status." Indeed, with the conflict in Ukraine showing no signs of abating, gold has had a strong past week, and it could well be that quarter two of 2014 will remain strong. At this point, however, a long-term gold investment certainly seems like a riskier proposition than usual, given that something as quick as a conflict resolution in Ukraine or a strong report on the U.S. or Chinese economy could send prices down.

Milo''s Poultry Farms - Bonduel, WI We are an Amish farm family in rural Wisconsin. We live on an organic farm with our four children. It is the home farm, so it has two houses and my parents also live here. We have a state-inspected facility on the farm where we wash, grade and package the eggs. My egg business started in 2004 in an old wooden granary with a small flock of chickens. My hobby grew into a business that helps sustain other family farms today. I see to it that these farmers use my feed recipes and give the hens access to the outdoors and pasture, weather and seasons permitting. The eggs are all gathered by hand and mostly handled by hand. I used to have mixed flocks of chickens, so I had white and brown eggs mixed in the same carton, but we learned over the years that too often they tend not to get along the best. One breed is bound to be more timid therefore gets the backseat. We now went to all brown egg layers, partly because many people have the mind-set that white eggs arent as good, but I still firmly believe that white eggs can be just as nutritious and tasty if the hens are all in the same house and get fed the same. In the future you might see green eggs mixed in, which are from a South American breed of chicken. Our hens are all fed the same, an Omega 3 diet, which includes flax seed. The color of the shell has nothing to do with the quality inside. The quality, size, inside color and taste of the egg will vary with the seasons, the weather, the personality and age of the chickens. Chickens are just like people: each one is unique. Most hens like it outdoors, while some enjoy the shelter of their house. Some are lazy, some full of energy. Some are shy while others are bold and bossy. I see a definite pecking order. For the hen that bosses herself around and consumes more feed (choice morsels, etc.), she will tend to lay an egg with a richer yolk. A more timid hen may produce a paler yolk. Older hens tend to produce a paler yolk as well. These are a few reasons you may notice variations. There are many factors that influence the richness of an egg yolk. Even in winter, fresh air and sunshine help produce richer eggs. In spring you should see richer yolks. In summer you may see paler yolks due to heat stress. In fall, you should see them richer again. I rotate them between different pens to keep them on fresh grass. To find out which stores near you carry our eggs, please give us a call. We are glad to answer any questions you may have. Our phone number is also on all the egg cartons. I always had dreams of expanding my business to organic meat birds, chicken soup, turkeys and beef, but the egg business has grown so much due to customer demand. It keeps us busy enough it seems. It might still be possible in the future, but if it is, the first and most likely one will be canned chicken soup and/or broth, which would come from our older hens. By the way folks, we sell a lot of eggs right off the farm where we also sell other organic foods in our mini retail store. Whether you are within driving distance or come close occasionally, youre sure welcome to stop in! We are now open Monday through Saturday from 7:00am 7:00pm. Your satisfaction is important to us! We gladly accept any feedback you may have. It may help us serve our hens and customers better! Thank you for buying local and organic products! Sincerely, Milo and Edna Ellen Bontrager

Panini Days | Panini Press Reviews Have you tried creating a sandwich using a panini press? Needless to say, this easy-to-operate but versatile kitchen equipment will make your sandwich even more special. But first, why a sandwich? Well, it is a great choice for any busy person who has very little time to cook, or someone who decided to go on a healthy diet in order to lose excessive weight. A sandwich is definitely an ideal, appealing treat that mothers can serve their kids after a busy afternoon at play. With maybe a vegetable or chicken salad on the side, a sandwich can also become a main meal for many, especially during breakfast or lunch time, that part of the day when we all require the calories and energy to go on through the rest of the day. Clearly, sandwiches are a great option as something to fill up our hungry tummies. But hey, we can make it much more special by using a panini maker. Check out this panini press Why use a Panini Maker It is already said that panini makers are versatile, simply because not only do they create delicious paninis and sandwiches, but they also cook other types of food – chicken and fish fillet, pork chops, lamb meat, veggies. All these and a lot more can be grilled to perfection. Secondly, for many moms out there – it is really difficult to feed kids these days. They tend to lean more to salty, oily, unhealthy junk foods like chips and chocolates, just so they can quickly stave off their hunger and continue playing on the backyard with their friends. Sandwiches made using a panini grill, however, makes them a lot more appealing. They comes out hot and mouth-watering, what with the dark brown charred lines on both surfaces that are created by the grooves on both the grill's top and bottom plates. Thirdly, there's no spill of any ingredient, such mayonnaise or meat or vegetable bits, that will mess up your kitchen counter. How? The machine will press down on the sandwich and everything in between. After just a quick time of pressing, you have evenly hot salami or ham slices as well as perfectly melted cheese inside, while your golden brown, charred-lined sandwich bread is looking really good on the outside. A simple cheese sandwich will do For me, my hunger is more than satisfied by chomping on a simple cheese sandwich. I love it when it comes with some butter, and also a rich spread of mayonnaise on both slices. Of course, it is not complete without heating it on my special grill. This makes the sandwich all the more mouthwatering – a delicious and satisfying treat made even better by a dependable panini press. Order one at Amazon

一期一会〜Ichigo Ichie〜 | one opportunity, one encounter one opportunity, one encounter,Hi, I''m Keiko from Osaka! This is one of the questions I am asked a lot by tourists who are visiting this region, but on a tight schedule. Osaka or Kyoto, which city should I visit? "Both!" I really want to say. But I understand this is not possible for some, and perhaps even not desirable for those who would want to spend enough time to explore a city they are visiting, instead of jumping from one city to another, tiring themselves… So, in this article, I have tried to make a comparison of Osaka and Kyoto based on 4 factors of tourist attractions, food, price, and people. On Tourist Attractions Comparing Osaka and Kyoto on their main tourist attractions, I would say, Kyoto wins. Kyoto is full of historical tourist attractions as well as World Heritage sites such as temples and shrines; Kinkaku temple, Kiyomizu temple, Fushimi shrine, Arashiyama … to name a few. These seem to be of interest to our foreign tourists. In Kyoto, you will be able to visit the great representation of what people image to be "uniquely Japan." In comparison, there aren''t many of these "uniquely Japanese" sites in Osaka, beyond Shitenno-temple, Osaka tenmangu, Osaka castle… Osaka is more famous for modern architectures or leisure spots such as Universal Studio Japan, Sky Building. On Food and Cuisine If you want to enjoy food, I personally recommend Osaka. Osaka is known as the city of "Kuidaore (eat till drop or eat into bankruptcy)" or as the central kitchen of Japan. The city is full of inexpensive, delicious food including an incredible amount of street food. In particular, Osaka is famous for cheap eats such as okonomiyaki, udon, takoyaki as well as fancy treats such as king crabs and puffer fish. In Kyoto, one can also enjoy a good amount of food such as kaiseki (traditional Japanese multi-course meals), tofu, ramen, matcha sweets, and sake from Fushimi area, though Osaka may have more varieties. On Accommodation If the budget is not your problem, I definitely recommend Kyoto. Kyoto is full of renowned ryokans (traditional inns) that the world travelers admire, in addition to a great number of hotels. If you are traveling in Japan, you would certainly want to try staying in a ryokan where you can experience the traditional Japanese culture, customer service and the historic feels. Osaka, on the other hand, is fit for budget travelers. It may not have celebrated ryokans, but the hotel prices tend to be lower compared to those in Kyoto. Price The cost of living/traveling is cheaper in Osaka compared to Kyoto. As matter of fact, the cost of living in Kyoto is believed to be 3rd highest in Japan, after Tokyo and Kanagawa. Though Osaka certainly is not the cheapest place to live, being that Osaka is a big metropolitan city, but Osaka is still cheaper than Kyoto especially when it comes to food and hotels. People There seems to be a bit of rivalry between the people of Osaka and the people of Kyoto, based on my observation as a local resident… People of Osaka perceive people of Kyoto to be egoistic or too proud whereas people of Kyoto perceive people of Osaka to be vulgar or crass. As an Osakan, I admit that there are actually some people who are a bit vulgar and lack manner. Unfortunately, it is common to witness people jumping in front of you in the lines, littering, walking and smoking, etc. But Osaka is filled with extremely friendly, fun-loving people, which is why I am proud of my city. In comparison, people in Kyoto, in fact, are more "refined." Based on my biased opinion, there is also a persistent culture of "no first time customers (members only)" uniquely to some sections of Kyoto, where people tend to distinguish "insiders" and "outsiders." Of course, this does not apply to all people or establishments of Kyoto. Conclusion It is actually hard to say which city is better, especially because it really depends on what you want to see and experience. But if I had only one day, and had to choose, I would actually choose Kyoto. The beauties of temples and shrines in Kyoto are not to be missed. If you are a foodie, perhaps you may enjoy Osaka better where the food are abundant and cheap. So I guess that''s it – if you want to tour around, go to Kyoto, if you want to eat around, go to Osaka. Either way, I hope you will enjoy what this region has to offer.

Fashion Trends Styles for 2020 | Fashion News, Women's Style & Trends for 2020 Modern haircuts women like tend to be multi-functional and fit in easily with our high anxiety, fast paced society. In most cases, the ideal solution is to have your hair cut shoulder length with layers. This length allows you to pull your hair up or leave it down, while the layers give it movement and softness. Layers are especially useful as they help to highlight areas that you will want to draw attention to such as your eyes and lips. Choosing modern haircuts women in todays society will like can be a challenge. Many of the fashion trends are driven by Hollywood and the social elite, people that have both the time and money to spend on making sure each and every hair on their head is perfectly in place. Most women today don't have the luxury of time and are looking for modern haircuts women can have ready to go in five minutes or less; fifteen at the most! In today's modern world, having a hairstyle that flatters while empowering is important. Women want to make sure that they seek out hairstyles and hair cuts that flatter their facial shape and the best way to do this is to make sure that they find a stylist that is knowledgable and can help them. Heavier women may want to avoid super short haircuts as they can make the face seem even heavier, but a good stylist will know both how to accommodate your desired length and your body type so that you look good all the time.
