Billy Mann Billy Mann is one if the few creatives who has crossed over operationally as a corporate executive. He sold his first indie company, Stealth Entertainment, to EMI, and in 2007 was appointed President of EMI International, overseeing artists in 34 countries and championing breakthrough artists like David Guetta, Robyn, Empire of the Sun, Bebe, and others. In 2010 he was appointed President of Creative for BMG North America before founding Green & Bloom/Topline Publishing. Billy is a proud board member of Autism Speaks and co-founder of the Rema Hort Mann Foundation.
